We regularly measure progress on a project to ensure it continues meeting objectives and addressing evolving organizational needs. We monitor issues and determine if corrective action is required (and who is responsible for it) to keep your project on track.

As your project nears completion, we confirm that all deliverables are to the satisfaction of the project sponsor and communicate final project disposition and status to all participants and stakeholders.
